Lvl 60 unless it gets a lvl reduction bonus

iLvl is 62, but what is the level requirement?

I have the plans for Exalted Strike Wand and Exalted Fine Strike Wand

If you want to make wands for lvl 60, this is better then the 500,000,000 gold ones on the AH, though it is of course completely random

The recipe requirements are pre-patch and incorrect but gives you idea
20 exquisite, 3 tears, 6 Secrets 40k cost to forge.

The Grand version recipe is 1.7 mil, and im saving up for inferno staff, so i wont be buying this yet.
Ive allready made two 600 dps int vitality ones

I did some math if you want to craft it based on auction house only, to make the standard one costs 86,000 per craft.

Note that these are only iLvl 62 and the best weapons are iLvl 63 dropped past act II on inferno.
However considering cost of good weapons, thats over all not too bad - it just sucks its a complete toss of the dice
